People always have one question. Why?

Why are you running again? The answer is really simple. It's time for real change in Delta. I've watched as George Harvie has grown distracted on the job, losing touch with the community he was elected to serve. This election, his message seems to be, "Trust me." Well, I don't.

The third person in the race is sincere, but look closely at what she's promising. Her plan is to develop, conduct, review. Basically, it's a plan to make a plan. We don't need more studies. We need action, and we need it now.

I joined the One Delta team because Dylan Krueger has brought together a true cross-section of our community. A team packed with energy and experience.

That's why the One Delta platform isn't filled with empty platitudes or recycled ideas from an old playbook. We are offering concrete solutions, such as opening Delta's first Economic Development Office, no new taxes, fees, or levies, and we'd like to see Paterson Park as a destination event space.

This election is simply too important to sit out. It isn't enough to just talk about change. We can't afford a caretaker or on-the-job training. We need leadership that delivers now.
